This is a Bargain Basement EWI Tourcase tm Model DR002H tool case which is a rolling road case with four drawers and a removable, hinged front door.

This is a new case with dents, dings and scratches from shipping.  Some ball corners are dented more than others but the case is totally complete and functional.
