Technical Description:

The EWI Tourcase tm Model M016 is suitable for holding up to 16 SM-58 sized microphones.  The foam mic caddy tray is removable which allows room for additional mics or other small items to be stowed below.

This is a lightweight, light-duty case.  The case is equipped with one recessed butterfly latch in the front, a padded handle, a hinged cover, and 4 plastic (rubber like) feet on the bottom. 

The lower portion interior walls are fully lined with a thin, high-density foam rubber material.  The inside of the lid and the inside bottom is lined with medium density egg-crate style foam.  The removable mic caddy is constructed with 2" high density foam with 16 holes sized for SM-58 style microphones.

The extrusion is some sort of plastic stuff that looks like aluminum.  The outer panels are constructed with 1/8 inch hardwood plywood with an black ABS laminate surface. Considering this is an inexpensive, lightweight case, it's still pretty decent, manufactured with some nice details and a decent fit and finish.
