• For use in balanced 600 ohm XLR interconnections where space limitations will not allow use of regular straight XLR cord ends.
• This cord end is made to point "down" if connected to panel jacks normally situated.

Technical Description:

Two Phillips head screws hold the back cover in place which acts as the clamping mechanism to secure the cable in the body of the cord end.

One Phillips head screw secures the contact assembly into the body of the cord end.

The body is constructed with nickel silver plated steel.  The contact pins are a medium grade chrome plated steel.

Care must be observed to properly position the conductor ends in the body prior to making the solder connections since the conductors must make a 90 degree turn inside the connector.  Assembling these connectors on mic cables takes a certain amount of expertise.
