These are basic DMX 5 pin to DMX 3 pin barrel adaptors.

DMX5F3M is a 5 pin Female to 3 pin Male barrel adaptor

DMX5M3F is a 5 pin Male to 3 pin Female barrel adaptor

These are professional grade adaptors, which are fully compatible with standard 3 pin and 5 pin DMX connections.

One screw each holds the male and female contact assemblies in the body.

The body is nickel silver finished steel.  The female contact points are good quality spring steel.
