ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday, unless you are paying by check or money order.  Please give us a call for alternate shipping methods or for expedited shipping. 

ORDER ONLINE

1.  Add items to the cart from the product pages.

2.  Click on the bullet by "Choose a Shipping Method."  Choose UPS Ground* from the drop down menu which is the only method available in the shopping cart.  Click on "Calculate Shipping/Delivery" button.  Wait for the zip code box to appear and enter your 5 digit zip code.   Click on "Calculate Shipping/Delivery" button again and the correct shipping cost for your zip code will then appear in the shopping cart. 

*PLEASE NOTE:  If you are not able to select the shipping method it may be due to more than 150 lbs. in your shopping cart.  The maximum weight you can add to the shopping cart is 150 lbs.   If you are ordering more than 150 lbs. worth of merchandise please place separate orders, with each order totaling not more than 150 lbs.

4.  Once you have your shipping cost click on "Checkout" button and wait for the "Secure Checkout" page.

5.  Enter billing information, shipping information, and payment information.  Choose the payment method from the drop down menu.  On the "Secure Checkout" page is a "Notes" field where you can type in any special instructions regarding your order.  When all is complete, click on the "Submit" button.

6.  If you submitted your order correctly you will receive an email  confirmation from audiopile@starband.net.  When we process and ship your order you will receive an email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com unless you made alternative shipping arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE:  For payment by PayPal logon to www.paypal.com and send payment to our PayPal account email:  audiopile@starband.net or request us to send you a PayPal Money Request in the "Notes" field on the "Secure Checkout" page.
